Outsourcing is crowded and noisy. Every agency says it's the best. Business owners can't easily compare who charges what, or what happens when a hire doesn't work out. Good agencies struggle to stand out from the rest. And skilled virtual assistants don't always find the clients they deserve.
We want to make it easier for all three: clear information, honest comparisons and practical help, from the first question to a team that runs well.
No. 2 Who we help
Whether to outsource, what it really costs, which service fits your industry, and what to check before you sign.
Marketing, positioning and operations, so the agencies doing good work get noticed for it. Working with us never buys a listing or a better score, and if an agency we work with is ranked, we say so next to its entry.

No. 3 What we publish
Our first title is VA Shortlist, which compares virtual assistant services industry by industry. More guides, tools and publications will follow as we grow, one useful piece at a time.
No. 4 How we work
- Each publication fixes its scoring rubric before scoring, and publishes it.
- Every fact has a source and the date we checked it. If something isn't published, we say so.
- No one pays for a score, a rank or a review.
- If we ever add sponsored placements, they'll be labeled "Sponsored" and won't touch the scores.
- Anyone, including the services we cover, can ask for a correction.
